Who knows what state the airline industry will be in next year, but I’m personally comfortable to start making flight reservations for 2021 - as long as the price is right.
Today we will focus on a deal with Malaysia Airlines, a member of the oneworld alliance.
Malaysia Airlines Kochi to Kuala Lumpur fares
As reported previously, Malaysia Airlines has been filing some nice fares for its customers in India.
Right now, Malaysian is offering attractive round-trip business class tickets from India to Malaysia, with prices starting at just INR 39,100. That price is based on travel from Kochi to Kuala Lumpur:
It’s also possible to fly to/from different cities in India, though the price does rise. The following itinerary even allows you to travel in a long-haul A330 aircraft to Delhi, instead of the 737s (with recliner seats up front) that you’ll find on the shorter flights:
We used Google Flights to pull up these fares. As you’ll see, you can also get similar prices with Sri Lankan, connecting in Colombo, or direct flights with Malindo Air (though Malaysian is the cheapest).
The Malaysian website will currently allow you to book travel up until the end of March 2021. It is also offering what it calls “Ultimate Flexibility” on all flights, with free unlimited date change, destination change and the possibility to take an earlier flight on the same day.
I’m willing to take a chance on cheap flights for next year, and INR 39,000 is a great price for round-trip travel between India and Malaysia in business class.
Can anyone use this good deal from Kochi to Kuala Lumpur?
